Please be advised that 'Personal data' refers to any information that can identify an individual, whether directly or indirectly. This includes, but not limited to : full name, telephone number, age, gender, email address, health information, or any other identifiable data.
1. Do not copy, record, or retain any personal data obtained from applicants and/or their guardians, and do not disclose or distribute it to any other indivicuals. Utilizing this information for personal benefit, commercial business, or any purpose unrelated to the course is strictly prohibited.
2. All received documents and information must be carefully protected to ensure they are not disclosed to any unthorized individuals who are not involved in the course. Examples of required practices include, but are not limited to, not leaving documents unattended, not leaving documents behind after the course concludes, or not sharing passwords to others.
3. Ensure that all electronic devices connected to the personal database are fully secured and adequately protected against theft or unauthorized digital breaches.
4. All documents received or copied from any source must be submitted to the Registration Team for immediate destruction upon completion of the course. Similarly, any electronic data must also be deleted or destroyed immediately after the course concludes.
Please acknowledge that your obligation to protect this data remains in effect both during your active Dhamma service and after your term has concluded. Any intentional or negligent disclosure , transmission, or distributions of the aforementioned personal data to unauthorized individuals outside the scope of the meditation course constitutes a breach of law. Such actions are subjected to civil and criminal liabilities, including imprisonment and fines. Therefore, all Dhamma servers are required to sign below to acknowledge, accept, and agree to strictly comply with the aforementioned guidelines.
Please rest assured that if your service to the Dhamma is carried out with mindfulness and clear comprehension, and if all your actions are performed with pure intentions and without expecting anything in return, you will be able to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) without difficulties.
