Code of Discipline for a meditation course.

An applicant is required to completed at least one 10-Day Vipassana meditation course as taught by S.N. Goenka. If you never attend a 10-Day course, please click here to firstly register for it.
1. All regulations and requirements for 1-Day Course are following the 10-Day ones.
2. Observe noble silence throughout the course.
3. No physical contact with others while on site".
4. A simple vegetarian meal will be provided for lunch.
5. If you are unable to attend the course, please notify us at least 2 days in advance.

Notice

* If available, please bring your own drinking water to help reduce plastic waste.
* Please arrive on time. Registration is during 8:00-8:15 AM.
* Please dress modestly and comfortably. Avoid tight, revealing, or low-waist clothing.
* All valuables and mobile phones must be deposited before the session begins or kept in your vehicle.
* The meditation hall is air-conditioned. Recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.
* Attendants shall have breakfast before arrival.
* Do not bring any food containing meat or eggs into the course.
* Please follow all the regulations and requirements

Information for an elderly student

* The meditation hall is on the 2nd floor. Restroom access requires using stairs.
